Halvr pricing is tied to savings or managed spend.

Free includes 10,000 routed requests or $1k of spend under management each month, whichever boundary is reached first. The plan is limited to one project and one user. A one-time 14-day Performance trial is available after adding a card through Dodo Payments.

Free is intended to prove integration, attribution, routing, cache behavior, and the savings path on real traffic before a paid rollout.

Performance charges 20% of verified savings with a $99 monthly minimum. The minimum is credited against the calculated savings share rather than added on top. For an eligible annual commitment, the savings share is 15%.

The plan removes routed-request and spend-under-management caps and includes hard budgets, customer and feature attribution, alerts, agent sessions, provider failover, routing, semantic cache, and no per-seat charge.

Halvr records the actual provider cost and the counterfactual cost of the requested path when a cache, routing, or model-selection decision changes spend. A savings receipt separates cache savings, routing savings, and model-selection savings instead of applying a generic percentage to the invoice.

Only non-negative, attributable savings enter the performance calculation. The dashboard also reports projected Halvr charges and net customer savings in integer micro-USD before formatting currency.

Managed-Spend is a sales-only annual contract for organizations averaging at least $25,000 per month of spend under management. Pricing is marginal: 1.5% on the first $50,000, 1.0% from $50,000 to $250,000, and 0.5% above $250,000.

It adds enterprise controls including SSO and RBAC paths, deployment options, chargeback exports, SOC 2-ready audit evidence, an SLA, priority support, and configurable time-limited budget fail-open behavior.

If Halvr verifies $3,000 of monthly savings, the 20% share is $600 and the customer retains $2,400 before any other operating costs. If the calculated share is below $99, the monthly charge remains $99. The pricing page does not promise a savings rate; savings depend on the traffic, models, cache eligibility, and quality constraints of each product.
