Evaluation access lasts 14 days from account creation or 10,000 admitted gateway requests, whichever comes first. It includes one project and one user with budgets, alerts, attribution, routing, and caching. Bring your own provider key; inference is billed by your provider.

Evaluation does not renew and has no automatic charge. New proxy requests stop at the deadline or allowance; billing, account management and data export remain available. Existing unpaid accounts receive a fixed 30-day transition window on the pricing migration, not a recurring allowance.

Starter is $19/month, Growth is $49/month, and Scale is $149/month. All include customer and feature attribution, hard budgets, alerts, routing, fallback, caching, and agent tracking. Request, project and member limits differ by plan.

Choosing a paid subscription starts billing immediately, with the recurring amount and taxes shown by Dodo before payment. It does not create a second free trial. Existing subscriptions are managed through the customer portal rather than a second checkout.

Admitted gateway requests count toward your allowance, including cache hits and failed calls. Invalid authentication and requests rejected because the allowance is exhausted do not count. Paid allowances reset with the subscription billing period; deleting request logs does not reset them.

There are no automatic overage charges. At the allowance, change plan or wait for renewal. The request allowance is separate from your dollar spend budgets. Savings estimates are not used to charge a percentage-based fee on these subscriptions.

Existing Performance and Managed-Spend agreements remain on their agreed terms; the new catalog does not silently migrate or reprice them. Contact support to arrange a change.

For larger deployments, discuss request volume, retention, availability, security and support requirements before agreeing a contract. The self-service plans do not promise an enterprise SLA, SSO or SOC 2 certification.

Use Billing to open the Dodo customer portal for invoices, payment-method updates, cancellation and plan changes. Cancel-at-renewal leaves access until the confirmed paid-period end. Failed payments or expired subscriptions stop new proxy requests without removing access to account and billing pages.
